Our core values
We want to create a corporate culture that is founded on Draka Interfoam’s core values. These core values also reflect not so much who we are but who we want to be. They are incorporated in our daily operations and form the basis of the corporate code.*
At Draka Interfoam safety is of primary importance. We believe it is vital that all our employees work in a safe and healthy environment. We respect safety laws and regulations and strive to employ products, technology and processes that meet the highest safety standards.
Market and customer-focused
We operate in a market and customer-focused manner, which means that we always aim to supply added value for our customers. We try and anticipate their needs and invest in knowledge that helps fulfil market and customer requirements. We fully realise that we owe our right to exist to our customers (and in turn their customers).
We are a results-oriented business committed to growing the value of our company and guaranteeing its financial stability. Our existence is linked to the implementation of sound financial policy, which makes us a reliable partner.
Our employees must conduct themselves with honesty and integrity on the factory floor, in accordance with the applicable (department) regulations and normal rules of behaviour. If this does not prove to be the case then this is addressed.
We want to be one team and strive to create a positive and trusted work environment for our employees in which every individual feels involved. We value our employees, challenge them and reward them.
We take the environment into account in all our activities. This applies to production and to our products.
*In addition to our core values Draka Interfoam has established specific rules of conduct and working procedures for each department. These provide a detailed interpretation of legal rules such as safety and integrity. We assume that each employee is familiar with the corporate code and respects it.
